For the first time GEM has put together a series of policy briefs from a select number of countries highlighting an initiative in that country which has had a dramatic effect of improving entrepreneurship. It is hoped that other countries could learn from these initiatives not necessarily by copying them but adapting them to their own environment. This document is the first of a series which will be published each year to show initiatives that are working and improving the lives of entrepreneurs around the world.
